At Futuristic 90s, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand the process and timelines.

For environmental and human-friendly reasons, this product is only made when you order it. Please allow about a week for it to be made, and we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

From the time you place your order to the time it is delivered, it can take 7-10 business days for you to receive your item. This includes both the production time and the shipping period.

Shipping Processing Times

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within [5 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at info@futuristic90s.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer Standard Shipping only. The cost is based on the weight of your order and the number of shirts purchased. Shipping rates start at $5.50.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order has been made and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external shipping factors.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping times and costs vary based on location.

• Shipping Time: International orders may take [7-21 business days], depending on the destination and customs processing.
• Shipping Fees: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Futuristic 90s is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier's website.

Shipping Issues

• Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a re-delivery attempt. Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Futuristic 90s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. However, if your tracking shows your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us at info@futuristic90s.com so we can assist you.
